APPLICATIONS
The FlexFold AT230 is the perfect solution for folding and stacking all kinds of towels, clothing, adjustable sheets and other dry parts.
FUNCTIONING
An operator places the part at the entrance of the conveyor belt. The part is automatically recognized by the sensors and then automatically folded and sorted at the appropriate stacker station.
Due to this automatic classification system, manual sorting is not necessary. As a result, each bending program can handle up to 4 different parts, which are automatically recognized, folded and sent to the
appropriate stacker station. After reaching the preset pile height, the pile with the folded pieces is transported to the end of the outlet belt.
